Limiting Email Alerts

Too many email alerts relating to actions can be annoying and lead to poor engagement with action planning. We work with you to tailor when alerts are sent - from instant updates for each individual action to daily, weekly or monthly summaries of all actions.

Below is an example of how the different Roles within the RACI system would be contacted throughout the process via email.
