Types of projects

The type of project you select affects how it is presented on the website and mobile app. Project types include Audit, Form, Survey, and Staff Survey, each with their own specific purpose and features.

• Audit - This is a project completed by a staff member that captures data.

• Form - This is used to enter data through the website only, or to bulk upload raw data using spreadsheets or data feeds.

• Survey - This is a client-facing project that is targeted at services users, and can be locked down when using a mobile or kiosk device.

• Staff Survey - This is the same as survey but it also allows you to identify if it is completed by a member of staff.
