Viewing / Updating Action Plans

Click on the "Action" menu on the side bar. Here you will see all of your Action Plans in a table with all the key headings such as status, target delivery dates and outcomes (if the action has been completed). This table can be downloaded as either a spreadsheet or a PDF.

For more details on any of your action plans click onto the link to the action in the first column. Here you will see your "You said we did" report where can view the action, update the status and outcome or send an email to the creator.
